"My Google account is under my maiden name, the vet knows us as the Incandela's. We were welcomed with open arms last week when our boy was extremely sick, unfortunately we couldn't save him. The team ( every staff member) was involved in making sure more than once there we had every question answered, after our sweet boy passed because we didn't have enough to keep his ashes, they found a little bottle, drew hearts on it and his name and put some of his fur in it FOR FREE as a sentiment, something of him which was so important. No other vet has EVER done this! Then, yesterday we received a beautiful card individually signed with something beautiful to say about Benjamin"Benji"as if they'd been apart of our lives for years. ALONG with his paw prints and nose prints, so caring and thoughtful! It meant to so much to us! I just want to say; this is a wonderful veterinarian hospital with wonderful caring and compassionate staff not just for the money! Not once did they turn us away! They worked with us as well. Immediately we knew this will be Benji's sisters new place for her Dr appointments, etc. Just turned a sad situation into a beautiful one and that made it easier to continue to heal after our loss! Also, wanted to give a HUGE shout out to the Dr that was there with us that did not rush us, talked us through what to expect, was completely humble and cared about us and Benjamin as a whole."
